Dear Diary,
I'm sorry that I haven't updated you in a while.  Things were hectic, and not something I want to remember, besides.  Being homeless, that fight with Guy.. I was on a real self-destructive bender for a while.  I didn't really recognize it until it got so bad, but things have gotten better recently.

I have a nice little studio apartment now, which is a shoebox, but it's my shoebox.  Plus, it's an affordable shoebox.

Not long after, I got involved in a Fashion Zombie crisis, and ran into Max Lord while I was at it.  He and L-Ron paid me to help with cleanup.  That paycheck went to recovering from first, last and deposit.  Next, I went to a charity auction right before Christmas, and ran into Ralph!  It's been ages since I've seen him.  Literally ages, he has a 2 year old daughter whom I haven't met yet.  Although I will, and I should get to know pretty well, since Ralph bought me for a week's worth of baby sitting.  No pressure there.

A funny thing happened thanks to that auction, too.  Dinah put me in touch with Mari, who offered to help me find a job in the modeling industry.  I went to lunch with her, and turns out, she wants to start her own company!  And she wants me to headline for her.  I'm so excited!  She wants me to read the contract and consider, but I'm pretty much made up right now.  She understands the demands of my 'other' job, and that's not something I'd find under other names.  It's a start up, which means it's risky, but she's willing to risk her business using my face, so I think it's about even.

Oh, and I shut down my website.  I know it used to be a good source of income, but I wasn't keeping it up, or offering anything new, and I wasn't willing to invest the time in it anymore.

So, things are good right now.  Better than they've been in a long time.  Naturally, it can't last.  But I can enjoy it while it does.
